HANSEN’S LANDING
Hansen’s Landing was originally built back in 2006 and is now considered one of the more prominent loft conversions in the entire city. Located in Downtown Milwaukee, Hansen’s Landing stands just six stories high, but houses just over 80 individual loft residences. Often described as a luxury loft building with absolutely stunning interior features, most lofts at Hansen’s Landing boast high timber ceilings, huge open layouts, gleaming hardwood floors, and high-end kitchen finishes.

Bo Frederick
With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating spaces that tell a story, Bo brings a unique and captivating perspective to the world of design.
Bo's journey as a designer began at the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design. His dedication and exceptional talent did not go unnoticed, as Bo was awarded the coveted Dean's Recognition Scholarship, solidifying their place as one of the institute's standout students.
After University, Bo set out to make his mark on the design industry. He joined the team at Restoration Hardware Milwaukee, where he quickly climbed the ranks to become the lead sales and design manager. During this time there, Bo not only excelled in managing a team but also developed a deep understanding of the industry's trends, customer service and professional interior design services. Over the course of his six-year tenure, he has successfully executed the design and furnishing of numerous homes and businesses across the states of Wisconsin and Illinois.
However, Bo's desire to express his own creative vision led them to take a leap of faith. He founded Cream City Decor and Interiors, a design studio that aims to redefine the way we perceive interior spaces and home decor.
When Bo is not immersed in the world of design, you can find them exploring the vibrant streets of Milwaukee, drawing inspiration from the city's rich architecture and cultural heritage. His love for Milwaukee is evident in the way he infuses local elements into his designs, paying homage to Cream City's unique character.
